Tucked away in the remote north western corner of Chobe National Park is Camp Linyanti. Unspoiled, with the waterways and lagoons of the Linyanti floodplains and riverine forests, Camp Linyanti is a gem. Accessible from Saile Airstrip with a 90-minute game drive to reach camp, it is perched on a wetland oasis where the Kwando and Chobe rivers fan out into floodplains.
The area offers good variety of wildlife including large herds of elephant, buffalo, zebra, and many predators. Sightings of puku, roan, and sable are common. This is also an exceptional area for birding. Guests enjoy twice-daily game drives in open sided vehicles from camp and boating activities from the 6 meter Swamp Cruiser.
Camp Linyanti is small and intimate with five elevated, en suite rondavel tents with outdoor showers. The camp can accommodate just ten guests. The camp overlooks a lagoon.
